We helped Myer reimagine their flagship website in addition to designing and launching their first native app. Designed from the ground up to make the experience more rewarding for customers and to dramatically reduce operational overheads through customer self-service and removing plastic loyalty and reward cards from the environment.

In the months that followed launch, the app received a 4.5 star rating in both the App and Play stores and had been downloaded by hundreds of thousands of customers.

This was the very first agile project and led to the widespread adoption of agile development methodologies across Myer’s business.
